About the event
This premiere event, hoste by Red Scorpion LLC, is named METCON X. A ten exercise bodyweight competition. The events will take place primarly individually in a land 3 meters wide and 45 meter long. A participant will competite along side 9 other competitiors. The event will be scored by the fastest top 3 times, of male and female, in the competitive divison. There are two divisons to participate in for Metcon X. The competitive divison will include a personal judge to ensure the participants executure the exerise to the standard. The non-competitive dividson is designed for the individual who is looking to participate at their own pace. There will not be any judging in this division, but it is up to you count your repetitions honestly.
